• The drop process

At Poodle Plants, every plant is treated as something truly special. Rather than offering constant stock, we release our plants through carefully curated monthly drops. This allows us the time and attention needed to properly nurture, monitor, and prepare each plant before it finds its new home.

We believe that quality should never be rushed. Each plant is grown, cared for, and selected with intention, ensuring it meets our standards before being made available. These monthly releases aren’t just restocks — they’re a collection of unique, rare, and well-established plants that have been given the care they deserve.

By doing things this way, we can guarantee that when you purchase from us, you’re receiving a plant that’s healthy, happy, and ready to thrive.

• Shipping

All plants are shipped via Australia post, Express post for a flat rate of $20.

Combined shipping is available. If you have already placed an order and would like to combine it with a new purchase, simply use the code “Combinepostage” at checkout to avoid being charged for shipping again.

Shipping is dispatched Fridays and Mondays of every third week, in line with our monthly plant drop Schedule.

• Local Pick-up

In-store pick-up is available in Ellenbrook, WA 6069 and aligns with our monthly plant drop schedule.

In-store pick-ups are available from Thursday through to Tuesday during each drop period. Please enter your preferred pick-up date and time in the “order notes” section at checkout, and once confirmed, the full pick-up address will be released.
